What the brief captures
The template records role, recognizable physical traits, silhouette, wardrobe, voice, behavior, relationships, world constraints, approved references, and exclusions. It also distinguishes locked identity traits from variables that may change by scene.
Use the smallest amount of information that reliably guides production. A brief should help a writer, art director, and model operator make the same decision—not become an encyclopedia nobody consults.
How to use it
Complete the identity section before attaching generation settings. Add links to approved assets rather than copying temporary signed URLs. During testing, record failure patterns and the correction that worked. Promote successful outputs into the reference set only after continuity review.
Download the Markdown file, keep it with your project, and give each approved change a new revision. A future Keen Light product integration can map these same fields into a reusable character resource.
